宋先生2002年进入北京市中银律师事务所，历任证券律师、高级合伙人，期间担任数十起企业IPO/重组、并购案专项法律顾问；2009年起任职西南证券投行部，从事重组并购业务，核心案例：广晟有色借壳*ST聚酯600259，游族网络借壳梅花伞002174，河南义煤集团借壳欣网視讯600403等。
