Mr. Liang就读于中国人民大学工业经济系，后赴美国加州大学伯克利分校就读应用数学系（经济类），并在香港大学获得企业财务和投资管理的MBA。Mr. Liang拥有中国证券基金投资从业资格&董秘资格，现任元航资本合伙人, Next Element 基金执行董事。

Mr. Liang具有丰富的投资及公司管理经验，在加州Sun Microsystems Inc.的国际部工作多年，曾先后担任英国EEA基金管理公司中国区总负责人、精联诚和股权投资基金管理（成都）有限公司董事总经理，专注于可再生能源的投资工作；美国 Peachtree Media Advisors Inc. 董事总经理，参与互联网数字媒体的M&A的工作；OTAS Technology Ltd（移动设备管理公司）的创始人和IEI Technology Ltd（网络产品专业服务公司）CEO。

参与投资项目包括盒子科技，上海络策(AI)、蛙鸣智能、CCiC、飞拓无限、聚告无线及SenseTech等等。

Mr. Liang first had studied at the Department of Industrial Economics（currently in Finance Institute) in Renmin University of China; then he graduated in major of Applied Mathematics (Economics) from the University of California, Berkeley;  and got a Master degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Liang received Certificates of Securities and Fund Management of China; He currently serves as a Partner of Essential Capital LLC and Executive Director of Next Element Fund.

Mr. Liang has rich investment & management experience. He formerly worked in the International Division at Sun Microsystems Inc. for many years in USA, and served as Head of China (Managing Director) of EEA Fund Management (UK) Ltd.,  Managing Director of Peachtree Media Advisors Inc., Founder of OTAS Technology Ltd., CEO of IEI Technology Ltd., and Vice President of Corporate Development of Fractalist.

Mr. Liang has involved the investment projects including iBox Payment, Shanghai Insight Inc. (AI), Frogs Intelligence Health Ltd., CCiC, Fractalist, JuGao Wireless and SenseTech etc..
