杨锦燕女士是元航资本合伙人，拥有超过15年的产业投资经验，拥有丰富的管理和运营经验。曾先后担任中国航空技术进出口总公司部门经理、和合控股副总经理、启德通用航空副总经理、北航投资有限公司执行董事兼副总裁等多个高级管理职位。从2001年起进入投资领域，先后参与和主导完成了多个企业的设立、改制、重组、收购等工作，涵盖了运动健康、航空航天、能源、生物医药等多个领域。
