王新河先生曾在国家重要的计算机研究机构工作十多年，参与并主持过多项国家科研项目的研发。具有15年计算机软硬件产品和军工产品研发经验。下海创业10余年，是创业板上市公司汉邦高科（SZ.300499）联合创始人之一。后被聘为北京航空航天大学软件学院教授和专业主任，为我国工、商、政、金融、能源、通讯以及高科技行业培养了数千名工程硕士。王新河先生的研究方向涉及计算机体系结构、并行处理、图形图像处理、IT项目管理、ERP、商业智能分析、云计算和大数据等领域。从2013年开始涉足天使投资。其个人投资的大型3C电商网站五百城（500ccc.com）获腾讯A轮投资并被腾讯全资收购。

作为元航资本的创始合伙人之一，王新河先生参与或主导了智造未来机器人、全景声科技、星河动力、超视界激光、蛟视科技、深思创芯以及航天驭星等项目的投资。目前还担任了教育部中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛，以“军民融合发展、共创航空未来”为主题的中国航空航天创业大赛，全国移动互联网大赛的专家评委。

Mr. Xinhe Wang formerly worked at national key computer research institution for more than 10 years, participated in and led multiple national scientific research projects. He has 15 years of experience in computer and defence industries, 10 years of startup experience. He is one of co-founders of GEM listed company Beijing Hanbang Technology Co., Ltd.(300499). He joined Beihang University as a professor and department chair of software, where he set up new software engineering major and successfully trained thousands of engineers graduates for multiple industries including politics, finance, energy, telecommunication and high-tech. Mr. Wang conducted research projects in computer architecture, parallel processing, graph processing, IT project management, ERP, business intelligence analytics, cloud computing and big data. Mr. Wang started his angel investment in 2013, his investment in a large 3C e-commerce site (500ccc.com) was invested by Tencent in round A  and  was acquired by Tencent late.

As one of the founding partners of Essential Capital, Mr. Wang participated in or led investing projects including Future Wise Robots, Wavarts Tech,Milky Way Power Rockets, Chaoshijie Laser, Jiaoshi Technology, DeepcreatIC and Satelliteherd. He serves as expert judges of China "Internet +" college students innovative entrepreneurial contest held by MOE, China Aerospace Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition with topic “Integrated military-civilian development, Create a better future for aviation” and National Mobile Internet Competition.
